"You are never too young to learn good brushing habits!"
Proper Brushing and Care is Essential
Dirty teeth and gums cause decay, gum disease, bad breath, unsightly appearance, and delayed treatment.
Damage to teeth that have not been properly cleaned, as prescribed, must be considered your responsibility.
Your teeth and gums will not be adversly affected by your appliances if you are keeping them clean!
Below are some helpful tips for proper care and hygiene...
For The Top Braces

The Right and Wrong Foods
Proper diet is essential when you have braces or orthodontic appliances. Eating the wrong foods can damage or break your braces. Loose or broken braces will delay treatment time due to the fact that the tooth with the broken brace will not move. If you do have a loose or broken wire, bracket or appliance, call the office as soon as possible so that it can be repaired. We will provide you with a list of right and wrong foods for patients who wear braces.
